On Friday, January 24, learn how to perfect paella with Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen alongside an afternoon of your favorite pintxos and tapas.

On Friday, January 24, master the art of preparing a Spanish classic at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!‘s Paella Cooking Demo. From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen will show you how the Valencian dish is filled with flavor at every step.

Soak up Chef’s insights and expertise throughout the afternoon. Alongside the demo, enjoy five courses of classic pintxos and tapas, all leading up to a serving from the final paella presentation! In true Spanish fashion, each course will be paired with a beverage to complement the dish.
